Join us again as we celebrate the birthday of Charles
Darwin with a day of Science.
This year Broward College North Campus will be our
host. We have planned an all day event, with the AM
hours geared towards public school teachers. At
noon, the event is open to the public. With children's
activities, exhibits and lectures. This years speakers
include:
Ken Westervelt of FLASH to speak on Earthworms
and Darwin's study of them. (confirmed),
Eric Ward, Author of "Principles of Evolution",
(confirmed)
Eric Von Wettberg of FIU to speak on evolution and
agricultural biology (confirmed)
Palm Beach Zoo live animal lecture "Animal
adaptations". ( confirmed - limited to first 125 people),
Debra Walker Ph.D of Florida Citizens for Science on
Biology in our public schools and legislation affecting
education (confirmed)
and our main speaker is a highly respected and
watched Youtube champion for science, AronRa.

AronRa (pronounced R-N-ra)
studied Archeology at Texas StateUniv. and
loved science so much that he decided to
teach himself as much as he possibly could
about all sciences.
Prompted by an online debate on evolution,
Aron made a series for Youtube videos called
Foundational falsehoods of creationism.
His attention to details and fact checking has
earned him a spot as one of the internet's most
influential advocates of real science

loved science so much that he decided to
